How to: Install a standard SVGA driver in WIN 95.
Solution:
Double-click the 'Display' icon. Click the 'Settings' tab. Click 'Change Display Type...'. Click 'Change...' in the 'Adapter Type' group. Select the 'Show all devices' radio button. Select 'Standard display types' from the 'Manufacturers' list box, and 'Super VGA' from the 'Models' list box.
1) Click the 'Start' button to display the 'Start' Menu.
2) Select 'Settings' and select 'Control Panel'. (The 'Control Panel' window appears.)
3) Double-click the 'Display' icon. (The 'Display Properties' dialog box appears.)
4) Click the 'Settings' tab.
5) Click 'Change Display Type...'. (The 'Change Display Type' dialog box appears.)
6) Click 'Change...' in the 'Adapter Type' group. (The 'Select Device' dialog box appears.)
7) Select the 'Show all devices' radio button.
8) Select 'Standard display types' from the 'Manufacturers' list box.
9) Select 'Super VGA' from the 'Models' list box.
10) Click 'OK' to close the 'Select Device' dialog box.
11) Click 'Close' to close the 'Change Display Type' dialog box.
12) Click 'Close' to close the 'Display Properties' dialog box. (The 'System Settings Change' dialog box appears.)
13) Click 'Yes' to restart your computer and for the changes to take effect.
